We have put together a list of exciting and interesting routes for you to download. These routes have been personally ridden by members our Bike Point team. So we are sure that you will definitely find something to suit your level and passion.
Start at our shop in Las Americas and climb El Teide through Granadilla and Vilaflor. The descent will pass through Vilaflor again, but then take you down to Arona and back to our shop.
Start at our shop in Las Americas and go up to El Teide through Chio, the easiest way to climb the mountain. To get back to our shop, you'll go over the top and down through Vilaflor and Arona.

A loop through one of the greenest parts of the island. At the end of this tour, you'll have to try to climb the Masca Wall!
This route takes you straight to El Teide, which makes it the shortest way to get to the top, but also one of the most difficult ones. Try to beat the record time of 1h30 to get to the top at El Retamar (2100m)!
This tour takes you over roads with very little traffic all the way to Poris de Abona, where you'll start a 9 kilometer climb. This 9 kilometer climb takes you over completely resurfaced and empty roads up to the village of Arico, where you'll start going back in direction of our El Medano shop.
A 60km tour, with 1400m of climbing. The ideal tour to test your climbing legs. From our shop in Las Americas, you'll going through some local villages up to Granadilla, from where you'll start climbing to Vilaflor. Once you reach Vilaflor, it's all downhill to our shop.
This tour takes you over the old road north to the village of Poris de Abona. Once you reach the town, you'll start the beautiful 9 kilometer climb out of Poris de Abona. After reaching the main road, you'll go back down and pass by some local streets and towns, which makes this the perfect tour if you want to get to know some more local rural areas with little traffic.
For this tour, you'll start cycling north in direction of Santa Cruz, passing the view point of La Centinela. Once you pass Granadilla de Abona, you'll start descending. In Chimiche you'll turn around and take some more local and calmer roads all the way back to our Las Americas shop. The perfect route for an easy day on the bike with some short climbs.
