A spectacular ride into Anaga, the green and rural mountains above Santa Cruz. We start with a 1-hour van transfer from the South to the North, aiming to roll out around 10:30. After a short warm-up along the coastline and harbour (approx. 15 km), we reach Playa de Las Teresitas and begin a steady climb on smooth, winding roads through lush forest with constant ocean views.
At El Bailadero viewpoint, the weather often creates a unique contrast of fast-moving clouds and bright sun, with views over both coastlines. We continue along the ridge through the Laurisilva forest, reaching the island’s far north before riding to Pico del Inglés and enjoying a long descent towards the coast. A final climb takes us to La Laguna, then we ride back through the urban area to the meeting point. Van transfer back to the South is included.
