This special 3mm offset oval chainring converts any Sram crank to the specific Boost148 setup needed on Boost equipped bikes. Boost and non-Boost Sram cranks are identical. All shifting is accomplished through the chainring itself, so you can use any Sram crank for this conversion. Our regular OVAL chainrings for Sram cranks have a 6mm offset if this one has 3mm, but both chainrings are very similar.
