The Shimano CN-M9100 chain for XTR and Dura-Ace 12-speed has extended inner flaps that create a perfect connection with the Dynamic Chain Engagement chainring. Therefore, it contributes significantly to smooth switching performance. Vibrations are prevented, chain grip is improved and pedaling efficiency is increased (HG technology). SIL-TEC coating on the outer flaps and rollers ensures smoother operation with little wear. CN-M9100 chains come with hollow bolts to save weight and are directional. Since they are approved for electric bikes, there is also an extra long version with 138 links. The corresponding Quick-Link SM-CN910-12 chain lock is included.
