The Eagle AXS™ derailleur is the heart of the entire AXS system. It features a shorter cage offering 10mm more ground clearance with more chain wrap on the cassette to sit a little further forward and inboard than Sram’s previous Eagle derailleur. It has Overload Clutch Protection, a protection system that protects the motor from shifting in the event of an impact, designed to disengage and re-engage during development.
The controller makes the real difference, completely wireless, without cables or connections with new ergonomic contact points that require just the right amount of effort to press. Touchpoints that are fully customizable to your preferences, allowing you to choose which button does which function, via the AXS™ app.
