Bike Point Tenerife customers may exercise their right to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Returns are accepted during this period when the product is unused, fit for resale and in perfect condition, with its original packaging and seal unopened. Clothing and footwear packaging may be opened only to try the item on at home.<\/p>\n
The customer pays the return shipping costs, except for products in the clothing, fashion or footwear categories, for which return shipping is free. Size, model or colour exchanges are not offered; the item must be returned and a new order placed. Footwear boxes must be protected inside an outer bag or package. Courier labels must not be attached directly to the original product box.<\/p>\n
After the returned goods are received, our quality team will inspect them. If they meet the conditions above, the value of the returned products will be refunded using the original payment method. Bike Point Tenerife will issue the refund within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, subject to the permitted retention of the refund until the returned goods or proof of return is received.<\/p>\n
Important:<\/strong> Under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons for personal-care, underwear, health, hygiene and bathroom products where the applicable seal has been opened.<\/p>\n If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact us through the contact form within 72 hours of delivery. The product must remain unused, in perfect condition, fit for resale and in its original packaging. To speed up the review, attach:<\/p>\n We will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange collection. If Bike Point Tenerife made the packing error, we pay the transport costs. If the customer selected the wrong item, the customer pays the transport cost. A missing-item claim or return for an incorrect item cannot be accepted if it was not reported within the stated period.<\/p>\n If an order arrives damaged or with an apparent original defect, contact us through the contact form within 72 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the goods, packaging and any other evidence needed to assess the incident. Please also notify the carrier that delivered the order.<\/p>\n After verification, where appropriate we will arrange collection and replacement or refund. For an approved defective-item or warranty claim, Bike Point Tenerife will supply a replacement. If the item cannot be supplied, Bike Point Tenerife will refund the customer. Damage or an apparent original defect that is not reported within the stated period cannot be handled under this delivery-incident procedure; statutory consumer and warranty rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n Unexpected availability or stock issues may occur.
